Calm Theory grew from my own journey of rebuilding and my desire for self care to feel like more than simply buying a product.
I wanted to create small, intentional rituals that remind women that peace, softness, and caring for themselves can be part of everyday life.
The heart of Calm Theory is “rituals for women rebuilding quietly.” My hope is that every ritual gives you space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and choose the woman you are becoming.
Here, softness is not something you have to earn.
